Paneer Paratha banane ke liye
Sookhe Ingradients:
1 cup paneer (grated)
2 cup gehu ka atta
1 katori dahi
1 chhota katori pyaaz (barik kati hui)
1 chhota katori hari mirch (barik kati hui)
1/2 chhota katori dhaniya (barik kati hui)
1/2 chammach garam masala
Namak swad anusaar
Tel (parathe talne ke liye)
Paneer Paratha Banane ka Tareeka:
Ek bartan mein atta, dahi, paneer, pyaaz, hari mirch, dhaniya, garam masala, namak milayein aur acha sa dough banayein.
Dough ko 15-20 minute ke liye rakh dein.
Chhote chhote pede banayein aur belan ki madad se roti ki tarah bail lein.
Ab ek tawe par garam tel dalein aur paratha talne ke liye rakh dein.
Dono sides se tal kar serve karein.
